What size skis do you ride?

Im 5'9'' and I recently purchased a pair of 174 rossignol s4 jibs. They are about as tall as me. IS that too big? I mainly ski rails and it seems that rossignol sizing is alot bigger then line sizing cause i had 177 lines and they went up to my nose.

im 5'9 and my park skis are 171 and my big mountain skis are 182. i probably coulda gone like 174 or 176ish on my park skis so youll be fine

i am between 5'10" and 6' i ski 191s

you'll be fine, it might be a few days to get used to a longer ski, but the sizing seems fine

wrong. All companies measure different. Put a k2 179 next to a salomon 181. The k2s are taller.

Also, I am like 6 foot 5 inches and ride 189 k2 kung fujas. They are a little shorter than me.

Yeah i know ill be fine riding wise, but when it comes to harder rail tricks like lip twos i'm wondering if the extra length will mess me up cause i don't wanna have to worry about clipping my nose or tails on the rail.

Don't know this for certain but I believe some companies measure skis before they are pressed and some after. Could someone confirm or falsify this?

5'10ish, Ride both Line Afterbangs and Stepups in a 177. I almost want bigger, but they're just so perfect for rails.

5'4", ride 169 Domains, they're like 3 inches above my head or a little more

And 166 Urban Punx just for messing around, they go a tiny bit above my head.

Im 5'10, i have 176 the dumont(08/09), 169cm kung fujas (09/10), 175cm JJ, 160 elan speedwave, 164 salomon sc and 174 cm stl 4frnt. Thats my quiver

Sorry my iphone is a dick, i like to have 175 cm ski in the park and ita good for groomers too. For pow 175 is short but im ini whit it. Its better longer than shorter imo

210's?

But I'm 5'10ish and I rock 180 4frnt TNKS and my first pair of twins which was a 155 dynastar that i use for my backyard and as a rock ski.

you guys do realize that height has nothing to do with ski lenght right?? how tall you are does not affect how you flex a ski..... i weigh 165 and ski 195s.

Um YEAH it does!!! Weight AND height are TWO distributing factors. A 6'0" guy who weighs 145 pounds is going to distribute his weight COMPLETELY different than a 5'4" guy who weighs 145.

It also matters where you skis and your level of skiing.
