What size bern macon summer helmet should i get????

with a beanie on, my head measures 60~61cm.

bern macon summer helmet comes in:

XL(59～60.5cm)

XXL(60.5～62cm)

Is there like a liner in the helmet i can remove so i can fit in the XL helmet?

I would have posted thin in the gear forum but no one checks there and i sort of need an answer quickly. sorry guys.

 
there are removable pads, if I'm remembering correctly, so the XL should be fine.

Then again, I forgot the majority of my life prior to the age of 14 while wearing that helmet, so trust my memory too much.
