I took a hard ass bail, and i got a compressed fracture on a couple of my vertebrates. My doctor said I cant lift anything or rune or go skiing?!?!? So what do u guys think I should do now that half of my life is gone?

don't go skiing until its healed, you might completely ruin your back and never be able to ski again, which would be a hell of alot worse than 6-8 weeks with the season almost over.

I had the exact same injury in November, and my advice is listen to yuor doctor. I had to take pain killers for 2 weeks to go to school. Now in March, If I take hard drops I can still feel my back hurt. You better just listen to your doctor, It works out, (do everything he tells you, cause I didn't so everything and It took longer to recover cause I didn't ice it)
