What should i do if i get ripped off

i havnt been using NS for that long and i bought a $ 120 coat from a guy and he seemed legit now its 2 weeks after my coat shoul hav gotten here and he hasnt replied in over 2 weeks even though i send him messages every day. how do i get my money back ?
