What others rate you - In every profile

You know how if you click on your own profile you get the average karma number that other members rate... well, I think that should be displayed in all members profiles. There should be the amount of karma they have, what others rate them, and the bar to +/- it. I think the 'what others rate you' can be a better sign of how well a member contributes over just a high amount of karma. Some members may have a 7.0 karma rating and only have 30,000 karma points, and another member may have a 5.5 karma rating and 50,000 karma points. Who is the 'better' member? One may instantly come to the conclusion that the 50,000 karma member is a much better contributer to the site than the 30,000 karma member simply because of the fact that they have close to double the amount of karma. But in fact, the 30,000 karma member may be the more helpful and positive contributer in the end. Just some thoughts, I'm not sure if this idea has been brought up before....

i dont love the idea, but definitely dont hate it. the only thing is the karma system is kind of misleading, what others rate you doesnt necessarily prove how good the member is or not.

also, if someone had an 8 or higher, i can guarantee people would lower their karma because he/she is jealous of the others high rating.

Can't they do that when they just see the resulting rating?

I feel like if a member saw the average rating and lowered it, it would be because they thought that it didn't deserve to be that high, not because they were jealous...if they were actually jealous, then that's silly and they're due for a reality check.
