So I got my new camera and got a ton of shots and put together an edit but I shot it in 1080p which takes up a shit ton of room and will be over the 500mb limit on vimeo and well over the 300mb limit on NS It was a tiny size until I had to render it from the Sony Vegas Pro 9 default format. I rendered to MP4, is there a better file to render to that takes less room? Do I have to resort to uploading to Facebook or Youtube which both dont handle HD as well? What do I do?

The thing is tellin me it cant find the video and audio source. idk what to do about that. is there anything else i can do
 
well, facebook, youtube, and vimeo all handle HD better than NS. Also, there is no need to render in 1080p. Only youtube supports that(unless you have vimeo plus.)
