yeah i guess but a lot of companies limit your minutes and give you unlimited text so its free. i only call when i need to clear things up or people arent awnsering my texts.

i'd say an android dude. things are sick. im really happy with my nexus s. i hear they're coming out with a newer version too, the galaxy nexus or some shit, i dont even know. either way, theyre pretty slick

Apple iPhone 4S or Samsung Galaxy S II

Just pick one, regardless of which one you choose you will most likely love it.

These are probably the best phones as of right now, you won't be choosing wrong.

Personnally think iphone is crap.. with exceptions.. get the Galaxy S II, or the HTC Rezound for your tunes pleasure, or the Razr cause its a dope ass phone, im bouta get the razr or galaxy

i'm waiting til December 8th and getting the samsung galaxy nexus.

1280x720 screen.....*drool*

not a huge fan of the iphone...galaxy nexus has larger screen, similar dpi (dots per inch, or quality of picture), and will have the latest version of android

For some, yes.

For others, no.

Calls are bottom of the list for things I use my phone for. I commute on public trans. a lot and constantly browse, listen to music, use apps, watch video. I need to be able to check multiple e-mail accounts daily. I keep .pdfs of portfolio work I can show at any time. Use it as the Wi-fi hotspot for my house. Use remote apps to control my computer, etc....

get an iPhone. It's operating system is way smoother and simpler than the andriod, its compatible with itunes and apple's way of running things (cloud, itunes sync, iMessage, app store) is just the best. Andriods have a lot of the same features, but I the iPhones touch screen, shape, size, apps are so much better. I had the Galaxy S and now I have the iPhone 4. I love it so much more. and the voice control on the 4S is insane

completely

true, Im a bit of a hypocrite, I have one but cant stand it sometimes, i use it

for my commute as well traffic, at the start of the new year, i begin my hour

45 minute commute via public transportation so im sure Ill use the capabilities

of it more than,

Mostly what I

was getting at, there's no reason to drop 100's on a phone and 100+ a month to

be cool to have a smart phone, too many people use it to text/and facebook that's

it, not even email. If you need to be connected to the book that much what

phone to get is the least of your problems

Check out the new windows phones. Im on the Samsung focus s right now and it is awesome. Real quick, and a slick OS

i understand that some people feel the need to fight trends... but still, the iphone is the best... people just need to deal with it.

Nokia Lumia 800 windows 7 phone, seriously its fantastic, facebook and texting is great on it, and the system is great, look it up.

iPhone vs. Android

heres the difference:

iPhones are just do what they are supposed to do, they do it well, and they do it will a ton of mesmerizing bells and whistles. The catch is thats all they do, you can't do anything else really with an iPhone, just what apple tells you that you can do.

Android however can do much more but does not do it as well. It may glitch here and there but otherwise is great. So if you want a phone that you can make truly yours, customize EVERYTHING, and do more, get an Android. Trade off is you just have to put a little work into it.

You can always just use a droid right out of the box but its not much fun and iphone is better for that.

SPARKNOTES: You can either get a phone that will do anything with a little TLC or just get an iphone and that all you get.
