I'm just a little curious as to what you listen to when you are studying or doing homework, that does not impede your focus.

Most productive: House or Dub Step

Least Productive: Top Hits

when i am writing something i kinda pick the music based on what it is I am writing. I wrote an essay on a ski trip I went on, so I put on the music I was listening to at the time I went on the trip. I wrote an essay on war or some shit for history, put on sigur ros, threw down a 95 on it.

if i'm doing intense homework and i need to work hard i listen to daft punk

i'm not productive with every other type of music because i listen to that whilst doing non-productive things...which is most of the time

When I really need to crank stuff out or if I am stressed, literally classical music. Not my favourite thing to do, but I can definitely tell a difference - it may just be placebo but it works.
Except for that, I am most productive with chill rock (Jack Johnson, DMB, Dispatch, Jason Mraz etc) or reggae.
