What mm breaks should my bindings have?

Yes i looked at the binding sticky, im looking at 12's or 14's for my lizzies..

but how do i know what break length to get? Should it be 110mm

because lizzies are 139-110-137? Im 5'10" 160lbs.

I was looking at dynastar px12 jib wide's from evo.

110 or bigger. your break length should be wider than the center of your ski, but you can always bend them if they are a little too small

110 will be fine you can bend them 5mm and be good to go.
