What makes a decent backflip jump?

it will feel less forced if the jump isnt quite as poppy as everyone is saying. really concentrate on the pop, bringing your hands up and then bringing your knees around. not matter how kicky it is if you dont pop before you lean youll have trouble getting it around.

swing your head around and stare at the landing then swing your legs around. Thats how you lay it out, but its the only way i can do it plus it looks cooler.

Pop. You want to have at least 3 feet of air to learn flips.

A steep lip. You don't want to be able to get a good pop off it and have a comfortable jump to straight air.

It's all about commitment. Most people land it within the first 3. But people who fail to commit get raped

good luck. Fun trick very easy

my crew learned backflips off a 3 or 4ft jump all you need is a lot of pop! when you test the jump it should send you high up, giving you some decent air time!

a jump with alot of kick that is at least a metre high is best

and go at it with twice the speed you normally would because the flip really kills your momentum

pretty much just a pretty poppy jump thats atleast 3 feet high.

focus on popping off the lip and just throwing your shoulders up and back.

commit 110%
