What Kneepads

Could someone help me find a decent pair? Mine keep sliding down my little knees. I was looking for something that would cover the sides of the knees too.

I use poc vpd 2.0s for mtb and id imagine they work pretty well for skiing. Theyre d30 so they are fairly flexible once they warmup and once theres an impact they go pretty hard

Do you tele ski? If not, why use knee pads?

Do you ski telemark? I use my MTB kneepads, IXS flow zip and they get pretty hot if I'm hiking a lot and I just don't even use them if I'm touring, they stay in place pretty well but can get bunched up and annoying when making really deep tele turns. MTB kneepads are pretty decent, but I think I'd rather have something that is a little lower profile and more flexible. I had the Voile kneepads for a bit, but they are literally the exact same as hardware store kneepads

I've only smashed my knees in a crash like once, kneepads are really just for when your friends see you freeheelin and then decide you smack you with their poles and yell "KNEEPAD CHECK!"

Demon United knee pads. They are having a 25 percent off sale right now and super affordable with D30. Definitely recommend!

Looking at getting some poc knee pads now that my knees are bad and i have also somehow landed on a rock with my knee, any poc recommendations?

a guy posted this link which is pretty helpful since it shows which protects the sides of the knees which get action for me

poc is usually a safe but super expensive bet in my experience so I reckon other kneepad brands would work
