False. Saw a hobo I see pretty often in NYC at the top of the 45 subway in grand central have one recently. Its a guy who claims hes a US veteran..black guy with one leg. I think hes lying though.

Anyways after doing this commute for like a year + I recently saw him whip out and iphone. Always thought about giving him $ now he isn't getting a penny

Obviously flawed im sure many hobo's have iphones as their main source of resume / job browsing etc type of work.

I mean homeless people are normal people but homeless, I imagine they listen to many different styles

for example, a 25 year old crackhead is probably not going to listen to the same music as an 50-year old alcoholic

Hobos choose to be homeless they aren't just homeless because of an addiction or something. So there is probably a common ground
