What kind of deal for Patrollers

Not sure if this is a sensitive subject to discuss in the open but.. what kind of pro deals (percentage-wise) do ski patrollers get on skis? I want to offer a deal but I am also a small operation (i.e. not operating on a huge margin). Ive had some great feedback and some interest from at least one local patroller and want to give as much incentive as I can without sinking myself. Seems like a good endorsement to have patrol on my skis...
 
About to call this patroller back. I guess I can just ask him and/or tell him what I can do. Didn't want to be way off with my offer but hey I can only do what I can do... anybody have any insider knowledge so I don't make an ass out of myself :) Please!?
 
Not an insider, but I know some of the big companys sometimes give the same pro deals as shop employees. Smaller brands like Moment I believe do around 20% off though.
 
Thanks! My daughter just walked in. She is dating a patroller (I know, I did my best :) ). Talking with her it sounds like it is pretty variable but 20% was what I was thinking...

20% over retail. Let it be known. Patrollers are not welcome round these parts

Also need to give your daughter the ultimatum, it’s you and the store or that bastard ticket clipping boyfriend of hers. She’s dining with the devil and I won’t have it.
