What kind of braces and knee pads does LJ use?

Cut the ends of two condoms, put them on like socks and pull them the whole way up to your knees. The spermicide should provide ample lubrication. Condoms = compression bandages.

He has a few different pairs but yes they're motocross pads. I know one pair is from Backcountry, I think they might be these? http://www.backcountry.com/fox-racing-launch-shorty-guard

He also has a more heavy duty pair that's a bit more burly and bulky, but I'm not sure what brand they are or where they're from.

Yeah fox makes a motocross knee pad/brace.

He needs a DonJoy but I guess he doesn't have the money?

he has a plastic knee cap. but other than that the mcl leg probably has a hinged stabilizer. I have one its so great
