What jacket looks better?

So after looking at dozens of jackets for this coming season I have it down to 2 of them. The brand name means nothing to me. I ride park if it helps at all. I have Armada El Reys so both of these jackets match my skis. I believe I will also be wearing white snowpants. I cannot decide what one looks cooler so I'm looking for some NS thoughts on these!

First off is the 2013 Ride Hawthorne Jacket- 519650.jpeg

Next is the 2013 Saga OG Logo Jacket- 519651.jpeg

So NS, what one do you like better?

Logo jacket is a technical soft shell, not an actual jacket. That said, I would go with the other one

it not going to be as insulated/waterproof as the other but thats what tall tees are for and layering. I've never been cold in my saga jackets/pullovers when i layer properly

Whatever jacket is going to be warm enough and waterproof enough for where and what you'll be doing. I can give you recommendations on that, but you'll need to get this thread deleted first. It's asking the absolute wrong questions.

Its not about if your gear matches, its how you ride. Your a Minnesota rider, so something wind proof and really warm.

I'd say since your in living the metro area, wait til the winter sales start and go to the good stores for some sick gear from the season before. You'll be able to score some sick gear a lot cheaper.

The stores I always hit in the metro area for preseason sales are Pierce skate and ski in Bloomington, The REI in Bloomington, The House board shop north of St.paul, and sometimes Valley bike and ski in Apple Valley.

I usually also hit the Buck Hill ski swap and the Valley bike and ski swap. They usually got some killer gear cheap also.
