The only thing i can possibly relate this too is a bad crash in surfing. I'ts always super frightening and i know that same vibe. Cant imagine an avalanche. Crazy shit

Got caught myself in an Avy back when I was in Revelstoke and I was lucky enough to make it threw, but sadly one of my friend died that day.

Everyone think that it won't happen to them, that's what I thought until I had to shovel to find my dead friend.
