i just found out that ill be going to tufts university next year and i was wondering if there will be any way that ill get any good skiing in?? im from oregon so im not familiar with anything back east. whaddayathink?
 
wachusette 20-30 min away. small mountain good for its park.

sunapee 90 min bigger, good mt/park

then dubv, loon, okemo, and others further up

Im thinking about goin to school on worchester, i don't think ill be skiing deprived
 
i kno theres a train that goes out to wachusett. i'm not sure if it leaves from boston, but i bet if you hopped on the red line you could get to it.
 
your a chick though, so find some skier dudes.... what skier dudes dont wanna roll to the mtn with skier chics? You will be fine, trust me... you will get to ski alot
 
my freind bums a ride from my neighbor and comes up all the time on weekends. you should be able to find a ride
 
ski market has bus trips like every weekend to different places...plus im sure tufts has a ski club of some sort where you can fine some other people to make some turns with
