I remember telling my mom that my stomach hurt to being carried by a nurse in the hospital and she was letting me hit all the elevator buttons. Then to being put under the anesthesia mask (which smelled terrible obv) with doctors surrounding me for gallstone surgery. Then to waking up with tubes in my face and family around and my mom asked me right when I woke up if I was ok. Then a week or two later I remember running up and down stairs on my birthday.

I was 3 yrs old.
