It's amazing and I want one in my basement. I'd never have to go outside and enjoy that beautiful mountain air or suffer the cold again. I could enjoy the sport I hold so dearly from the comfort and convenience of my own home AND never miss my favorite T.V. shows again.
Haha . I did some snowboard courses on that stuff. And yes you get rug burn pretty nice if u fall. But if u can ski/board that shit u can get down a mountain too. Watching your classmates catch an edge on that is hilarous! We did a last man standing competition like 4 or 5 of us on the belt and then trowing all kinds of stuff on there, u have to ollie over.... get knocked down ur out
they should implement elements that fold together close to the carpet when on the "down" side and pop up as a jump when coming up again. that would be some great shit... a carpet with the size of 100 ft x 2000 ft could be some serious competition to breck
I gotta figure out a way to get old vhs converted to DVD, so I can post some stuff. I competed on the Vail Demonstration Team for 15 yrs. We competed in the annual World Syncro Skiing Championships. The team I was on one it twice. Jumping was a part of it. Teams could hit the jump for bonus points or blow it off. We scored high because we were the only team throwing side by side 3's. If syncroskiing were combined with newschool airs, it would be so sick.
By the way, those ski ramp things have been around for at least 20 years. I pretty sure that the same dude who invented the cable cam came up with those too.
