What is the worst smell youve ever smelled?

As a medic I'v become accustomed to the strange smells our body can produce but by far the worst smell is that of Burning cat poop.
About the burning cat poo:
If was at a party, everything was chill BBQ, etc..
A couple of hours later everyone was drunk and one person decided to empty the kitty litter box on the BBQ, what followed was the worst stench ever.
I mean ever, seriously people fainted and puked everywhere invoking even more puking until it became a puke fest.
If Germany had this technology to their disposal in WOII we would all be speaking German a.t.m.
Then they dared one guy to smear it on his face for 300 euros, and so he did.
According to the legends despite a zillion baths he still smelled horrible.
He did a facial peel just to get rid of the stench.
Seriously never set fire to cat poop, it may be the last thing you will ever do.

the smell of a nasial infection for a month and a half. no helth insurance and the fact that i didt want to go to the doctor bc it was probaly from my own doing.
