Rule # 1 when quitting a job. Always have another job lined up. Matters what you can do. Its summer so they are plentiful. Whatever allows you to put some money away and do some things you enjoy is the way to go.

project based work where you can make your own hours and work on weekends (unless you like drinking more than you like shredding) and have something to show for what you've been doing all summer when its time to got back to school.
