What is the best Camera & Lens for Follow cams

The best is going to be wayyy out of your price range. A good one Luke be something like a canon t2i with a Uwa lens (something like a 10-20mm) on a gildecam. Even that will be really expensive though
 
I already have a 2i and my friend has a 4i. Is that lens you just mentioned a good wide angle lens? And what is a good stabilizer for it?
