What Is a really sick helmet to ski with I just broke my poc tanner hall one and I am looking to see what you guys think are the coolest helmets. Do you guys go a size up on your helmets so you can wear a hat underneath?

I went from a poc receptor a few years back to a Smith holt. The holt comes with a great liner to wear a hat under and I love it. Still use the poc as a bmx/skate lid too.

I love my Smith Holt. I have a POC helmet as well, but it's so not as comfy as the smith.

Smith holt

Cheap and durable, if you break one a season it wont break the bank or your noogin bruh

good luck

no beanie only a balaclava

This is what i do also color wise go with sky blue or matte balck

I must be the only person that doesnt like the holts look or feel. I personally just got the bern macon and love it right now, i had the K2 phase team helmet and it was awesome

WAIT. It turns out I own a Gage now. Whatever, a Holt saved my life. smith makes great helmets.

POC Synapse 2.0

I need a visor on my helmet or I will pass away and POC's oval head fit is like a glove for my dome. Don't think I'll ever stray from this helmet if I can help it.

I've had the Giro Shiv for two seasons know and I cant say there's much to complain about! its really light weight and simple, and it looks pretty stylish. the only con might be the liner, I took it out and I just wear a hat underneath like normal. you should check it out!

Giro Combyn, its the only helmet on the market rated for multiple impacts and can still meet safety standards. Check them out, I love mine.

I swear by the Bern macon. I have a giro combyn rn and its ok. its really heavy for a helmet and the sizing compared to the bern is super weird. Large combyn is too big where my large macon fit perfectly. zo try on the helmet first.

Smith maze

^This. And the Maze is super super light. Tried going back to wearing a holt after having a Maze and hated it because you can definitely notice the weight after wearing it all day

POc backcountry, pretty expensive but keeps you really safe and is pretty durable from my expierence with it. Also Don't size up your helmet just to wear a hat underneath... take out the velcro padding

I usually wear a sandbox helmet and yes I had to order a size up (xl) because I usually wear beanies under my helmet along with the goggle strap

I have a dark grey smith holt, great helmet but my goggles dont really fit to it so i have a tiny little gaper gap.
