What has skiing lost?

Nothing.

There are a number of people that always seem to have their say that 'skiing is not fun anymore', 'skiing has become polluted', 'skiing has no future'.

Well I am sorry to hear that, in the meantime I am going out with my buds and having a blast, being involved in the awesome culture, and progressing this incredibly lifestyle.

If skiing is losing it to you, maybe you are just losing touch with skiing.

this is going to be a really generalized, overview-of-the-masses statement. Please, for the love of god, dont say "but i dont do that" or "but t-hall said in freeskiier...", youre smarter than that.

that said, i think skiings turned into a fashion show, and more of a huge competition than something you do to have fun, or hang with friends or whatever, which is what it should be. if youre gonna make a living out of it, fine, but enjoy it.
