Nice! I really want to try that. What lake is that on? Mirror Lake? That's the only lake near Mount Hood that I know of.

getting made fun of for rollerblading

I am talking about wearing crystals in my latest vid at bottom of this thread...https://www.newschoolers.com/forum/thread/768345/Jerusalem-Hills-Cop-II---Ski-Competition--proposed-

While getting made fun of is part of life, and can (and should) make you stronger, it's important to remember that generally speaking those that make fun of others almost always have a (sometimes glaringly obvious) deficiency or weakness (and they didn't get stronger from it) and themselves were made fun of at some point and didn't deal with it too well.

But in the meantime, you could wear/hold/use a black tourmaline crystal that is said to deflect negativity or even very dark black quartz which I've found obliterates bitterness and anger from any situation it encounters.

Also interesting:

"Many people are not aware that normal Black Tourmaline simply changes negative energy to positive energy.

But if it also contains Mica (muscovite), it will send bad feelings back to the person who sent it, allowing the sender to realize what has occurred.

The best stone to use to send negative energy back to where it came from is Fire Agate, so you may like to combine these together."

So yeah, good for you for persisting with the rollerblading. Crystals can assist, and you can buy them on ebay pretty inexpensively. I've put one in my hat's pocket and just leave it there.

I ride Dirt jumps and Build at the local bike park.

Here is a little of my work.

Not gonna lie... having blast not skiing.

When the world's best World Cup track is 20 minutes from my office, I tend to lose track of winter.

That pic is on the columbia right in front of the hood river sandbar. It's windy here pretty much every day in the summer, perfect

What activity have you done over the summer so far to cope without skiing??

I've done a bunch of mtn biking and drysloping. I have also done some hikes up near rainier and built some kickers.
