Alright so I shot this edit on a t3i and a canon XF 100, but the end product is really weird....I made my main sequence for T3i settings in Premiere Pro, and just nested the XF 100 shots in it, but when i uploaded it to vimeo, it came out really weird, and there were unexplainable black bars on the sides of all the shots, which were not there in Premiere. I also could not render the XF 100 shots without their aspect ratio changing to all weird, like they are in the end vimeo video, but they appeared fine, unrendered in Premiere Pro

I want to know where I went wrong and if there is any way to fix it....

First of all, its not HD. You composition settings are way off. What did you shoot in? 720p60? 1080p30? 24? you have to match your shots to your project settings.
