What grab with Bio spins?

I just learnt to spin bio and im wondering what grab i should put into it for a bio 7 and/or 9. (other than a safety) Mutes dont seem to work because i have to lean forward to grab it which throws me off. Should I resort to tail grabs? Will that be easier?

mutes are hard with bio i would say a tail grab is a good start

try leading mute i think it kinda leads you into the bio.

if ur doing leading though, prolly do 9.

you can do mutes, just make sure you bring your skis up to you, don't go down to your skis for the grab. Also tail and reverse tail should both work.

yeah and as soon as you grab mute just whip around that spin just like t-wall does, or just set hella hard and get a high mute like dumont. my 2 favorite bio spins are dumont and t-wall.

In side out grabs are a bio exclusive grab for me and that's the only grab I do in my bios.

why??? cause they arethe msot natrural grab for me in that axis.
