landed my first backflip at tline few weeks ago, i was a trampoline kid so i know how to flip, what do i do next? i feel like im to scared to throw for 7 but i feel like thats the next step. im curious to know, what did you guys do after your first backflip?

Get backies locked in and work on flipping a variety of jumps or natural features so you can pull em off anywhere and also improve your timing/ air awareness. The more reps the better. Hell, go for a friggen double next.

For me, I learned to frontflip after learning backflips- which then lead to me figuring out I like front flips better. After that I learned flatspins.

Backflip is kinda one of those seperate tricks. I know kids that can barely 360 but backflip. So no lol if thats you dont just try to spin 720 right away. Are you comfy with your backflips or do you always land backseat/under or over rotate, etc? if you have them on lock and they are solid, go for 7 if you have 540s locked both ways. Also what the other guy said, the more times you do it without failing the better. Try to get so confident that you can backflip pretty much any jump without worrying.
