What flex to ride

I am 6 ft 178 lbs and i ride fairly steep stuff not much park do you think I need 130 flex or is around 110 ok

IMO 110 might be a little soft.

most boots that are around the 130 flex are gonna be based on a race boot, meaning that there will be rivets on the back that you can remove to soften the flex of the boot up. On some boots your can remove both rivets, on others only one. I ride a 120 flex lange comp and love it!
