Been seeing this around Bend ,”Wump” what does it mean? Can any of you trendy youngsters combine the wizard strengths of your dad caps and skateboards to decipher this code?

Probably a young person, the style is whack and the can control is inconsistent at best.

Also who bombs Bend? Maybe a rail yard out there but park signs?
