What does the vat stuff mean on freeze pro shops? why do they have two prices?

I think they're based out of the UK. They have something called VAT. Ive always interpreted that website saying "VAT FREE" as "no tax" or exempt from paying tax on it. Probably wrong, but ive gotten some of the best deals from that website.

VAT i believe, is local sales tax. So if they sell international, they don't have to charge you for it as it's only for local sales in UK. So if you select the correct country when you go into the item or add to cart, the site checks and puts the right price in for you depending on where you are buying from, and if vat applies to that country.
