What do you think of the London Olympics logo?

There's a massive petition to have it changed in Britain. Fucking conservative, grey suit wearing, chicken rearing old people. I personally think its funky beans. Its meant to appeal to the multimedia media generation and is late 80s techno chic. People complain that it has no symbolism and is ugly and although it says 2012, it actually looks like Lisa Simpson sucking off Bart. What do you guys think?

i think its stupid personally, i would think for the olympics they could shell out some more money for the logo
 
Oh and yes they used a massive advertising agency, Wolff Ollins and paid $750,000 for it.
 
They need all of the colors to represent the other continents. I thought that was a requirement.

That shit looks like a 70's roller skating rink sign that they have sitting out back because last time they hung it up they got rocks through their windows..

it doesnt represent shit, the olympics are supposed to symbolize the entire world to come in unity and solve their differences through one common theme: sport. This pink ass shit totally kills it, the"grey suit wearing old conservatives" are right, who the fuck wants some ugly ass neon shit representing their country.
 
That logo is, honestly, terrible. It looks like something a 12 year old made in graphic art class.
 
God damn that's hideous. Seriously, what were they thinking? There's no way a whole board of people could have thought that looks good.
 
shit thats amazing. good ole vancouver. we decide to go with a native statue. nothing beats raping the shit out of a culture and once they realize native culture is very marketable to the rest of the world and they could make a buck off of it, they put a few native guys on a "Special Council" and come up with our symbol
 
but the london one...personally i dont like it. i think its a mess and it is ugly. however i dont think that it should be changed. big fuckin deal it is what it is no need for the ruckus. and seizures? come on now you have GOT to be kidding...that wouldnt cause a seizure to a severe epilepsy sufferer. epilepsy sufferers can have seizures without even seeing that flashy junk. last sunday at work a little 7 year old girl who was epileptic had a small seizure just randomly in her swimming lesson. i sprinted across the pool deck with the trauma kit and when i got there she was conscious and fine.

anyways i dont know how i got so off topic but the whole seizure causing thing is kinda pathetic about thatl ogo..
 
that london logo looks like a preschooler made it. i cant believe that they would accept that piece of crap. on the otherhand the other one is real cool
 
Why is there a need for the olympics anyway, why don't we just have a world get together where we all watch segments of Seth Morrison shreddin.
