Hey guys,

I'm the new marketing/media guy for Whitetail Resort in PA and I am making weekly park update/freestyle edits. Here are the last two... Check them out and feel free to critique, any thoughts or suggestions are always helpful!

You actually had some decent stuff so ill embed for you...

/images/flash_video_placeholder.pngDidn't like the colors in some of the clips though, and i didnt like the weird film burn type deal that start. Also all your night shots were flickering A LOT.

Heres the other one...To embed a video on Newschoolers, all you have to do is go to the YouTube video and click the "Share" tab under the view count area. From there click the "Embed" tab. Copy the embed code and go back to NS. Then when your posting a thread or replying to a thread with a video, click the Flashplayer icon (The F inside a circle) from the menu above where you type. Paste the embed code and click "Add Video". The video should show up. Make sure you have clicked inside the thread reply/post or it will not work.

What the hell are you talking about. I literally did not understand 1 word you said in either of those posts...^

Thanks wisconsin! I'm a ns noob and didn't know you could embed. I was using the gopro 3 black edition for the night shots, it was the first time I had used it at night and the shots came out pretty shitty : ( but our park is also dark... I use the gopro a lot for the skiing shots because it is easier. (and we just got it so it was the new toy addiction) , our park crew builds on thursday nights and my boss wants the video email blasted on friday afternoon so i usually have less than 24 hours to shoot and edit

Its no problem, if you ever need to know something about the site you can go into the "Site Discussion" fourm.

I hate editing on a time crunch, what you produced was really awesome for the time you had.

I saw your signature and it said you used a t3i not paying attention i clicked the link watched the video and then saw that he was using a go pro so i was trying to apologize to op for messing up and thinking he shot his video on a DSLR when he doesn't even have one.

with film burns, instead of just changing opacity, put blending to screen, which makes blacks invisible, and so it doesn't make your shot darker :)
