So im looking for a ski that Im going to equip with touring bindings and at this point I've begun leaning towards the rossignol steeze. I heard it rips all mountain and is great in powder as well. Originally I was really leaning towards the Line prophet 100 but recent reviews have made me consider the steeze. Besides the graphics being awful what are your thoughts on the steeze?

(i know if i dont like the graphics i could always go with the raven)

graphics are super gay but it is a great ski, if you can find the tele version called the phantom it has a way sicker graphic and there is zero difference in skis other than the graphic.

sick ski, but ur looking at two different skis. prophet 100s are pretty stiff (sheet of titanal) and a bit heavier, with a good amount of sidecut, they rip all mountain.

steeze's are lighter weight (rossi thc core) a bit wider, and more of bc jib ski. they do kill it all over the mountain, but what are u gonna be doing with them?

First off, the graphics are awesome. Secondly, the ski is amazing. For a do EVERYTHING ski, including park, pow, trees, big mountain, carving/ripping, skiing switch and booters, I have not skied a better all-around ski.

The skis I've used in the past 2 seasons are as follows. 194 Legend Pros, 192 Thugs, , 191 ANTs, 189 Seth Vicious, 188 JP vs Juliens, 186 ARGs, 186 Fischer Atuas, 179 Hellbents, 179 Made'ns, 179 Pistols, 179 PEs, and 175 Trouble Makers. Steezes are by far the best all-arounder out of that list.

Like I said I would be using these skis for touring (meaning all types of snow. Hard pack, deep powder, etc.) I would also be using them as a part time resort ski. From what I've heard about this ski and its dimensions I would probably use it primarly on powder days but if it turned out that i like the ski enough I would probably have it be my do-everything ski.

oops thats what i meant, the phantom is a new ski for 08-09.

The raven is soft for rossi standards but it is the same construction as the steeze.
