so besides taking notes, what do you guys find yourselves doing during lectures either with your bf/gf , friends or w/e by yourself.

during college lectures (classes of like at least 350 each..) i found myself playing a lot of freerider 2.. haha

i by no means am trying to sound like a badass 12 year old, but i sleep during class oftenmy next option is talk to a friend or textthen listen and take notes if the teacher is bitchin
 
In high school I fucked off all the time. Slept, talked, drew shit, played pranks, etc.. In college I try and do my very best. Sometimes I miss being able to fuck off in high school.
 
Try to restrain myself from beating the shit out of the kid in front of me who is being super distractive.
 
Pay attention or leave usually. If its early and the day and turns out to be worthless I might just sleep in class~

but yea, I usually text if it's that bad. When the class is too small to text it's usually not that bad and I can actually pay attention. bigger classes get boring so I text or doodle
 
some classes..... its just not necessary.

i pay attention in most. but i had a lifespan of human development class last semester that was a total joke, it taught you things like "if you beat your children, they will be fucked up later in life". no fucking way, i needed a class to teach me that physical abuse was a bad idea. however she took attendance, so i had to show up.

i try and pay attention. if that doesnt seem to be working out i check facebook and that sort of thing. this site seems to be a hot topic too. i kinda feel weird on msn and stuff in class cause i feel like people are reading what im doing.
 
you pay for the grade to get the degree, the knowledge you gain to do that is pretty useless in most fields.
 
well considering right now i am writing this from a "csc 100" class which is learning the most basic computer skills ever, i think i can get away with going back and forth between paying attention and going on ns.
 
i'm sitting here thinking about how much i hate doing class work and thinking how insane it is that i graduate from college this may. what a trip.
 
well i usually sit up front because i like to pay attention because i don't take notes so i pay attention pretty well and comprehend most of the stuff. but if im super tired i will sleep but last semester i fell asleep in chem and my teacher woke me up in front of all 400 students. it was pretty bad. i was THAT kid for the rest of the semester.
 
hhaha i do amost the exactc same things, like make fun of fatties in my head and if the class is of a reasonable size try and rate which girls are hottest and which ones i would fuck, ect... haha
 
that moto game on teagames saved me when i was working this summer, hours and hours of it a day, i think im in the high scores
 
i tried to play duck hunt in my psych seminar last semester on my laptop cause we were talking about it. hardest thing ive ever done
