What do you eat for breakfast before skiing? What do you usually eat on the mountain? After skiing?

My daily meal consists of bread, cheese and meat in the morning. Same thing on the hill and then a sautéed veggie mixture for dinner.

all that food you listed gives me the shits

i drink one or two of these

That shit is expensive

I don't normally eat too much before skiing. Nature Valley bar will hold me over for a good while...then normally a burrito for dinner. I usually skip lunch

Usually dunks so like a bagel and donut or two. Unless I buy something I just hold off on lunch with lift snacks like nature valleys, pop tarts and I always have a capri sun in my big pant pocket. Then just snacks or maybe something from the lodge for the drive home. Never try to eat a lot while skiing.

Eggs and a bagel with juice or something, maybe a granola bar on the hill which is terrible but I can't eat much when I ski for whatever reason and for dinner sometimes I'll just make eggs again or a salmon burger with lettuce, pasta and red sauce or sushi. Then more food after, small snacks and stuff, bananas, peanut butter, toast, more carby/protein based foods seem to be what I gravitate towards before or after skiing.

I prefer to eat small meals and get more if I need it than to cram a bunch of food in me and really regret it!

Coffee and some fruit before

Chowder or mac and cheese in the lodge

Nice meal at night a good fondue is probably my favorite ski meal.

Getting a nice big fast food grease bomb in the morning is nice but usually I do a protein shake and pack a couple cliff bars... But honestly nothing makes me hungrier than a big day of skiing I can put some serious food away.

Coffee and bagel for breakfast.

Sandwich, probably soup and possibly a beer for lunch.

Chips/Snack food for way home

Leftovers/Pizza for dinner.

coffee and a breakfast sandwich(egg, cheese, bacon). Whether it's tim hortons, or home made that never fails.

normally just pizza or something kinda filling for lunch unless I make food at home

and then after is whatever

Eggs with a runny yolk onto waffles, then for the road I fill a thermos half with hot choco and half coffee

Does anybody like ever forget to eat while at the hill? I always skip a meal on accident simply because i am not hungry. If i sit at home I never can satisfy my hunger but on the slopes I could go all day with just a chicken sandwich. Its not a bad thing because i could probably lose a couple of pounds. (I do not have an eating disorder of any kind btw).

Sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle meal on the way there. Usually a burger and some trail mix and chips while I am there.

I eat whatever leftovers I have on hand (usually something like pasta and sausage) or maybe get a burrito from Chipotle or Qdoba the evening prior. Then during the day I will usually stick with two or three protein or Clif bars. Maybe a yogurt parfait from the cafe if I am really hungry.

Afterwards I go to town on whatever I feel like. Frozen pizza for the win.

I'll either make myself a breakfast burrito or pancakes or something. I'll usually have some fruit with it too.

Sheetz mto on the way up, chicken and fries for lunch at my resort, subway mcdonalds or any other fast food joint on the way home.

We cook Ramen in the lodge using the hot water next to the coffee makers, almost every time. Or we bring a crockpot sometimes and make homemade mac n cheese or something.

I usually get a big ass breakfast burrito and a donut or two from joe's donuts, eat the rest of the burrito for lunch and then eat leftovers or pasta for dinner.

whatever's in the fridge for breakfast, usually leftovers. granola bars and fruit for during the day. i don't really stop for lunch so i just snack all throughout the day. and something easy after i get back like pasta or something.

I think they took good breakfast and ruined it putting cheese on the french toast/pancake bun in gross

Well it's McDonalds. Just being there means you left your self respect at home.

Literally the best on mountain meal is seriously a protein bar, water, and an uncrustable or 2. It wont be super messy cuz well... its an uncrustable, ive literally fallen straight on my back and it didnt explode (it was frozen tho) but I actually like it alot frozen for some weird reason. Other goodies include a Justins Peanut Butter packet, Cliff Bloc energy shots if your just absolutely gassed and Gatorade to supplement your lack of electrolytes, but not a good substitute for water. Water is king.

But tastes the best of the best. I put the hashbrown in between the pancakes too with a little ketchup. More sugar. More crunch. More fat. Mmmmmm

Usually some oats with mixed berries. Or an Acai bowl, depends how I'm feeling and how much time I have. Then a protein shake with a banana in it when I'm driving up to the mountain.

Banana, nuts, granola, chickpeas to snack on the hill.

And then whatever I feel like for dinner.
