What Do YOU Do To Fall Asleep?

I used this the past week, when I was having trouble falling asleep I put my pillow on the opposite side of my bed. I think the new perspective makes your mind drowsy and you fall asleep easy.
 
it works- the reason u cant aleep is probably because u r thinking 2 much- i think of a peice of blank paper when i cant sleep- pass out in like 2 min
 
i always did the opposite and relaxed them as best i could to fall asleep and it also helped me stay warm on the chairlift just relaxing my muscels.
 
to fall asleep, i wait until i am tired. then lay down in bed, read a couple pages of this boring but kinda interesting book. then get into a good comfy position and fall asleep. usually takes about 2 minutes to be out.
 
i forgot i made this thread, well anyways, i still cant fall asleep anymore. Now i just stay up on NS or watch tv and eat snacks until about 3 then i fall asleep
 
listen to the ipod

sleep wit your gf (always helps me)

just get out more during the day and do stuff if you know you have a problem sleeping that way you will be tired and you'll fall asleep faster..
