sold a kid a brand new pair of ldc pants at a sweet deal, but now he wants to send them back. i have no problem with that since he says they dont fit him even though size and specs were listed, but i sold them because of bills that needed paying. thus i no longer have the money. help me out newschoolers

Damn thats a tough situation. You should probably just explain the situation to the kid and maybe tell him he cant send them back right now.
 
Unless you told him that he could return them if they didnt fit, you do not have to take the return. He knew the size and everything so they are his now and if he wants to sell them it is up to him
 
yeah, you're not required to "buy" them back unless you blatantly said that you would.
i say that if you gave him all the specs and he reviewed them before making the purchase, it's his fault
 
thats very true right there. it would be the same deal as if he didnt like the color or something. if you said up front the right sizes and specs, and buddy still bought them, the fault seems to lay in his hands.
 
do the words buy at your own risk mean any thing to any one?

tell him he is free to send them back, but that he should probably not expect any money.

you sold them, he bought them. Its not like you were decieving him or anything.

I have boughten stuff on here, did not fit like I wanted it to so then I sold it again.

why can't he try and sell them. Shit he might even be able to make a couple bucks out of the deal.
