What do i do?

Alright, so there is this kid in my school, he's a freshman and im a sophomore. I cant stand this kid. all he does is talk shit, and think he can legitimatly beat me up.

Now this kid is an extremely skrawny black kid (one of like three black kids in my school) who couldnt do push ups at football practice and eventually quit. hes stupid, hes got a huge mouth. Now im a bigger kid, 5'9 175 who plays football and lacrosse all year round and otherwise spends every day in the gym

so i would love to beat the shit out of him, you should see what he says, how he thinks he can knock me out in one punch and shit like that.

So this kid doesnt have friends either, he is never at house parties im at.

So i know i could snap this kid like a twig, but i dont have a place to do it. I can't touch him in school, not only would i get suspended for fighting, but its more of a hate crime issue. And he never goes out, so i cant even set him straight and beat his ass outside of school. i mean this kid just randomly Facebook Messages me things like "pussy" constantly, i dont even talk to him.

so how do i settle this? the kid will get his ass beaten for sure, but i dont want to get in trouble.
