I got a miata figuring I would drive it for a summer and sell it and as it turns out, they're a hell of a lot more fun than I thought. They're reliable as long as you take care of them to a minimal extent. They hold resale value and you can pick one for pretty fucking cheap. (Got a low km, non-rusty one for 2800 cad)

for reference I've put 50k kilometers on mine, and have had to spend under 1000 to keep it on the road. I also abuse the shit out of it daily. that and you can scare the fuck out of people hitting corners so that's always a plus right?

Cant beat an XC70 when you dont have enough pocket for a subi. Got one for $5000 with 150k miles on it in October last year. Has held up great with the 6,500 miles or so since ive had it. Also, you can easily supe up an old 01-07 XC70 and make it a perfect mountain car.

If this one has had the timing belt changed and is rust free (among other things) I'd go with this one. Otherwise, the one with the least mileage on it looks like a pretty sweet deal.
