What can we expect in the pipe this year?

I'm really hoping switch pipe really takes off, but for some reason i don't see it happening. Dumont and Candid will probably just be flying 20+ feet out again (which is awesome) but I was really hoping for some variety.

I mean last year at X, Turpin did an ENTIRE RUN SWITCH. He didn't even make it on TV with that let alone to the finals. Just a little bullshit if you ask me. The guy going out trying to break the mold gets slapped in the face.

i didn't agree with the judges very much in the pipe comp last year. but that was last year! hopefully they will realize just how hard and tech Turpin's run was

what you didnt see is candide going out almost 20 on the second hit....now the way i see it, candide must be a machine because he gets hurt lots but hes always back within like a month or less. candide is gonna push pipe next year if he doesnt accidentally go 30 feet out get blown by wind and yea... i know i never really thought 20 feet out was like crazy well i mean i knew it was but until i looked up a 20 foot cliff from the bottom it kinda boggled my mind.

X-games piss me off, its always gonna give a less popular guy a lower score no matter what he throws

Did anyone see pull up, Candide's new movie. He's gona rule the pipe thos year. His 900 is way cleaner now.

Yeah, skiing pipe switch is really technical but it just doesn't look as amazing as throwing a 540 20 feet above the pipe. I think the bigger runs will still win this year

in a movie, if you see an entire run though, thats a good representation. The key is being consistent i guess though, which is the key to being a good compeitor. Being a good filmer just means being able to try crazy shit over and over without getting hurt until you get it.
