What can I use to make a box rail other than pvc pipe

I have used pvc pipe before but I want some thing that can flex more without cracking

are you smoking the crack pipe? pvc doest flex, just dont by the shitty fucking 2mm thick wall'd pvc, buy the 400+ psi pvc and it will bend and contort all you need.

If you want to spend a little more you can get HDPE sheeting.

...and if you by the higher quality pipe rather then stealign it off of somebodys abandon home, you can get it to flex without cracking..
