youre going to need something to slide on, pvc is good, and if you have the tools, steel is best. but sliding on wood wont be too fun, especially in summer when the wood will be soft

Just throw something together that looks like it will work, then just add a butt load of supports to stabilize it. I through a 10 ft rail together in 20 min and it's solid as a rock and works perfectly.

more info needed. do you want only a rail, or do you also need to make a drop in and jump

drop in will work at 6 feet high.....

you will want your rail 10-15 feet long.
