What camera should I buy?

I tried to read the pinned thread on this page, but it seems super dated.

I'm currently using a Gopro but I'm looking for an upgrade. I am looking for a DSLR so I could take stills and HD video. A camera that has a fisheye lens would be awesome as well.

Any suggestions?
