What Camera Should I Buy?

Well pretty much any camera you get is going to have 1080p, the question is, do you want 720p 60fps?

I'd go fill out the sticky.

Why is it that you want interchangeable lenses? honestly your not going to be really able to get a decent HDSLR for under 1000$ with a good lens line up. not trying to be a douche, but really, just look into the tm900, hope i helped...

Dude please. My playsport setup is dopeeeeeee!

I have it on an opteka handle, i have a fisheye lens on it, a mic, and dual flashlights for night riding. Things nastyyyyy

I wanted interchangable lens so i could put fisheyes, and wide angles on the camera. Can you put wide angles and fisheyes on the Panasonic TM900

The video quality on the Playsport isnt that good. It feels like a toy in my hand, not a camera

since NS would blow t2i's theyre on amazon for 600 bucks right now, awesome deal if you ask me, leaves you 400 for a descent peace of glass, or enough for a tripod/head and glidecam

Problem in your price range getting something with good audio and interchangeable lenses. I'd say if you can spend a little more get a GH2. I think they're on sale right now at B&H. Thats the best picture i've seen out of any camera under 6 g's. Someone just hacked it to get like 176 mb/s out of it I think I read somewhere.

It may end up being my b-cam.

You can get wide angle/fish eye adapter for the tm900... honestly a much better choice than a dslr for you. get a opteka .3x fisheye and the tm900/tm700 and a cheap tripod and that'll be a good start.

I totally agree the tm900/tm700 creates a beautiful image that is clear and crisp for cheaper then the dslr will I would recommend going down the path evan has suggested...
