What bindings

So im riding chronics but my salomon bindings are starting to suck / i want new bindings for more hardcore stuff. I really liked my old scratch FS bindings and may get another pair. Any other suggestions for bindings though.

Ill be skiing UT, lot of powder and lot of big jumps, lot of rails, lot of competitions. I really liked how my scratches were but if anyone has a good light, heavy duty, strong binding- i have heard the new looks are legit too

The new looks (px and rossi axial 2s) are not too legit in my opinion

What din range are you looking for?

why the fuck would you even consider anything other than fucking fks bindings your fucking piece of shit? theyre the only thing worth buying unless youre a fuck, get at least 14 dins, it doesnt fucking matter if theyre fucking old or fucking anything theyre still fucking better than fucking anything else ever fucking made, use your fucking brain instead of buying some fucking salomon fucking bindings no matter how fucking good these fucks claim them to be.

fucking cunts.

fuck.

^wow, cool?

Yeah, my bad though, im 6'0 180 looking for a din range to probably solid 8 through 14 easy. I heard the px were awesome and poeple really liked them

My biggest problem with the px is they have a big mounting pattern on the heel which creates a dead spot in the tails during butters. I rode my buds px and the flex was noticeably different from an fks. Not as lively or fun. Also the bindings are on the heavy side and in my opinion aren't as reliable or durable as the old pivot series.

I believe next year they shortened the mounting pattern on the px series for higher dins so that should fix one of the biggest problems.

Although they're no longer made fks is still the best binding out there in my opinion. Besides brakes (which aren't too hard to find off old zr models) they're practically indestructible. They have a small mounting pattern which has a really natural flex, very accurate release, good retention and the pivot heel creates the smoothest, least painful release you'll get from any binding. However the fks155 (appropriate for 7-13 din) and fks 185 ( appropriate for 10-16 din) don't have vertical release in the toe which isn't necessary but is nice for park riding. Fks 120s have a vertical release in the toe but are appropriate for like a 6-10/11 din range

Never ridden but I've heard mostly good things about marker jesters, I've also heard mostly good things about salomons higher din bindings. A little less reliable but very light.
