Im have no clue what binding to getI want a touring binding thats under 300 dollars i ski on jj's which are 115 underfoot

For under $300 you really only have a few options. Either you could go for a pair of Barons from the 2013 season or older, since the 2014 Barons will use the EPF frame, you should be able to find these at a reasonable price. Or you could go for a pair of BCA Alpine Trekkers, this would allow you to keep you current alpine bindings, so saving you some £££. If you're only going to be touring a few days a season, Trekkers will do the trick, you do hear Trekker 'horror stories', but they aren't too bad just always carry a crew driver, screws and some duct tape.

Unless you are a lighter weight skier, I would stay away from Barons, I managed to break mine in ~25 days. Touring is generally expensive, so it may be worth holding off and saving up for a new pair of AT clamps. If you need any help choosing between bindings, take a look at my overview of the market here -http://aslansskiblog.blogspot.co.uk/2012/12/guardian-duke-epf-mfd-and-adrenalin.html

I found these if anyone can give me a review, because i have heard mixed reviewshttp://blackdiamondequipment.com/en/ski-bindings/fritschi-diamir-freeride-pro-binding-xl-brake-2011-BD101265_cfg.html?dwvar_BD101265__cfg_color=White#start=6

Since you have no clue on what to get do you even need a touring binding? Are planning to ski sidecountry or serious backcountry trips? Or just out of the resorts?

I'm guessing that you aren't planning on doing any hard core bc trips, so look into the salomon guardian or atomic Tracker. They're the exact same binding. If you look long enough you should be able to pick up a good deal
