What binding for scratch fs?

What would be the best binding for scratch fs: scratch 100/140, power 100/120/140. I'm 140 and 5'10'.

go with the scratch binding i got the scratch binding with my fs i go the 100 cause i weight 135 i dont need the extra din

Is there any other difference with scratch 100/140 than different din settings? And if I kept dins 8-9 which one would work better?
