What backpack should I get?

Hey guys I'm lookin for a backpack that can Cary my Avy shovel and probe in And some other things occasionally. I want it to be able to carry skis on the outside and have lots of room. I haven't really decided if I want a availing or airbag pack or neither. I could use some suggestions on what kinda pack and what specific one people like. All suggestions help thanks guys

I bought a Osprey Kode 30, to carry all the same stuff. It's a pretty great pack, easy to ride with too. It also has a spot for a camelback in the shoulder strap.
