Just roam NS my dude. Cheapest gear you'll find and theres a ton of variety. Lots of it is used but it usually is in great condition for a steal of a price. Heres a sale that has some outerwear that is accessible

I know NS loved the small brands (as do I) but you can get some decent, cheap, outerwear at Walmart.

Thrift stores stock hella outerwear this time of year. Pants are harder to find, but you can find some dope/unique second hand jackets.

It's always good to take a look at a store like Marshalls. Most times you'll strike out but you'll find a gem occasionally
